Vesometr brings manual records into one clear history

An Android app for weight, blood pressure with pulse, meals, smoking, personal notes and a medication list. No account is required; PDF helps share blood-pressure records, while JSON preserves and restores supported data.

Why the project exists

When keeping observations together is useful

Vesometr can help when actual measurements and notes are scattered across different places. You manually save the date, value and relevant context, return to a particular day through the calendar and review statistics periods. The phone does not replace an instrument for measuring blood pressure, pulse or weight. Completing every section is optional: one reliable entry is more useful than a full set of guesses.

The website describes version 1.2.2 when explaining current features. The download page lets you check the published APK, version, package and SHA-256; RuStore has a separate listing whose available version should be checked there. The personal diary offers five mood choices. The medicine cabinet stores information and reminders but does not confirm doses taken or automatically end a course entered as text.

The working journal is local until you create and share separate files. The version 1.2.2 PDF covers blood pressure with pulse and supported optional data; medications, meals and the free-form diary are excluded. JSON restores data by replacing the current set and is not encrypted by the app PIN. Vesometr helps organize facts and questions rather than diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment.

  • Find a saved entry by date and compare its source value.
  • Open the finished PDF and check its dates, contents and recipient.
  • Save JSON outside the app before transfer or deletion.
  • Review app access and export protection separately.

Product Principles

What we consider mandatory

01

Data minimization

The app requires no account. External analytics counters are disabled on the website, which cannot access the journal on your phone.

02

Verifiable Assertions

Version, compatibility, permissions, APK and checksum are published publicly.

03

Fair Boundaries

The journal and articles support self-monitoring but are not a substitute for medical care.

04

User control

Export, backup, PIN, biometrics and deletion remain under the control of the device owner.
