1. Product boundary

The application, website, articles, charts, local recommendations and PDF do not make a diagnosis, do not exclude the disease, do not determine the individual norm, do not calculate the dose, do not prescribe or cancel treatment. Vesometr is designed to organize your personal chronology and prepare facts for a conversation with a specialist.

2. Manual measurements and instruments

Basic values are entered by the user. A typo, incorrect unit, inappropriate cuff, body position, time, food, exercise, instrument malfunction, or disparate conditions may alter the schedule. Check the initial data and carry out measurements according to the device manufacturer's instructions and the recommendations of your specialist.

One unusual value does not confirm the diagnosis, and a usual value does not guarantee the absence of a problem. The clinical meaning of the indicator depends on the person and circumstances.

3. Schedules and local recommendations

The graph displays saved records and calculated summary values. He does not know the full medical history, test results, or reasons for the change. An automatic rule or color accent is not a clinical judgment.

Do not start, stop, or change treatment based on a schedule or article alone. Maintain context and discuss significant dynamics with a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Medicine cabinet and reminders

The section reproduces the name, dose, free-text schedule, selected weekdays and reminder times entered by the user. It does not check the prescription, contraindications, interactions, side effects, whether a dose was actually taken, or whether another dose is appropriate.

The notification may not appear due to Android settings, power saving, the device being turned off, or manufacturer restrictions. Do not use the app as your only control for critical treatment. If a dose is missed, a reaction occurs or you have doubts, follow the medicine’s official instructions and contact your doctor or pharmacist.

5. PDF and transfer to a specialist

The PDF is a blood-pressure and pulse journal with selected optional data: weight, smoking, measurement notes and charts. It excludes food entries, the medicine cabinet and the free-text journal. It is not a medical record, prescription, opinion, or proof of accuracy. Before sending, check the period, profile, indicators, comments and recipient.

The decision about the need for examination, interpretation and treatment is made by a qualified specialist, and not by the application or the author of the article.

6. Children, pregnancy and special conditions

Age, pregnancy, chronic disease, implanted devices, mobility limitations, and prescribed therapy can significantly change safe measurement procedures and interpretation. General site materials do not take into account all such circumstances. Use individual recommendations from a medical specialist.

7. Not an emergency service

If you experience a sudden deterioration in your health, chest pain, severe shortness of breath, problems with consciousness, speech or movement, unusually severe pain, signs of a severe allergic reaction, or any other situation that you consider to be an emergency, contact your local emergency medical service.

Don't wait for a form or email to respond, don't rely on a notification, and don't delay help to re-measure or fill out a diary.

8. Articles and external sources

The articles explain the organization of self-monitoring and the functions of the product. They are not remote consultations. Links to official sources are provided for your reference; The content of the external page is controlled by its owner and may change.

Editorial principles and procedures for correcting inaccuracies are published in editorial policy.
