Check a change in its context
Each news item concerns a specific release, document or guide. For app features, the version number and date help you decide whether the description applies to the build installed on your phone. For files, check the format's purpose before exporting. PDF is for reading; JSON is for restoring supported app data. One does not replace the other.
After an update, test the task you normally use: open older entries, review medicine cards and check important reminders. Android permissions and background restrictions vary by device. If the description and the app do not match, contact the team with your version, phone model and the steps you took. You do not need to send your complete personal journal to report a feature issue.
News tracks the product's development, while the guides explain individual tasks in more detail. Use the official APK page for file size and SHA-256. Discuss medical decisions based on diary entries with a professional; app release notes are not treatment instructions.
