Vesometr 1.2.1: journal, medicine cabinet and reminders

Version 1.2.1 solidifies Vesometr's current offline model: core data is stored on the device, and the user decides when to create a PDF or JSON copy.

Version 1.2.1 integrates a personal diary, first aid kit, local reminders, schedules, PDF journal, and no-account backup.

Single diary

On the day screen you can save weight, pressure, pulse, nutrition, smoking, health assessment and a free note. The calendar helps you return to a specific date, correct a typo, or check the context of a specific point on a graph.

First aid kit and reminders

The medicine card contains the dose, course duration, several times and a purchase note. Notifications are scheduled locally by Android; The application does not receive a doctor's prescription and does not change the treatment regimen.

Report and copy

PDF is for a readable self-monitoring log, and JSON is for transferring and restoring supported data. Both files are created only at the user's request and need a carefully chosen storage location.

A first task to try

After installation, open the day screen, select one metric and save a test entry. Find it in the calendar and check how to correct a typo. There is no need to fill every section immediately: an empty field is more honest than an invented zero. Once this simple task is clear, add medicine cards, a goal or reminders only where they serve a real need.

Check reminders on your phone

A medicine card can hold reminder times, but delivery depends on Android notification permissions and the phone's background restrictions. After setup, check an upcoming alert, its medicine name and time. An alert is not proof a dose was taken and cannot tell you what to do after a missed dose; use the medicine instructions and professional advice for that.

Reading a chart

Charts let you change the period and open the source entry for a particular date. Look at the number of actual points and any gaps: a line between sparse measurements contains no information about missing days. Note changes in measurement time or device. The app displays what you entered, but does not determine the medical cause of a change.

Before switching phones

Create a current JSON backup and keep it in a controlled location before resetting the old phone. After restoration, check several dates, medicine cards and notification permissions on the new device. A PDF is not a database backup. If you send either file through another service, that service's access and retention rules apply.

Check the date and version
