PDF journal: less unnecessary data before consultation

The August guide outlined preparing a journal for consultation: start with the question and dates, then check the document and recipient. The format details below are clarified for version 1.2.2 while retaining the original publication date.

A guide to choosing dates, reviewing source records and sharing PDF. Clarification for 1.2.2: this is a blood-pressure journal; medicines and other excluded sections are prepared separately.

Start with the question and period

Decide what you want to discuss and select relevant entries. Explain gaps and changes in measurement conditions. A short summary helps locate dates without replacing medical assessment. Do not remove an unusual reading for a smoother-looking chart; correct confirmed input errors.

What the 1.2.2 PDF includes

This is primarily a blood-pressure journal with pulse. Table rows follow blood-pressure entries; weight and smoking can be added by day, while wellbeing and comments belong to the blood-pressure reading. Optional settings control additional contents and charts. Meals, the free-form diary and medication cards are excluded. Prepare those separately when needed rather than looking for a section the PDF does not have.

Review the finished file

Open the generated document and compare patient details, dates and several rows with the calendar. Generate a new PDF after correcting a source entry because a saved file does not update automatically. Check medicines against current instructions and prepare a separate list. The PDF does not establish device accuracy, diagnose a condition or back up the database.

Use an agreed sharing channel

Verify the recipient separately from the file contents. Use a channel agreed with that recipient rather than an unnecessary public link. Vesometr's PIN does not password-protect exports. Remove unneeded temporary copies afterwards, understanding that this does not recall the recipient's document. Full JSON is unnecessary for ordinary reading of the journal.

Check the date and version

News describes the project on its publication date. Reviewed material has a separate review date. If a feature behaves differently, send the version and steps to reproduce, without your personal journal.
