Record why and when the medicine was taken and the prescribed dose. Use the prescription and package instructions for limits on frequency and total amount.
A worked example
In a teaching diary, a product is stored in the medicine cabinet with the exact instructions. When it is actually used, a separate note contains date, time, known dose and circumstances. A daily repeating reminder is not enabled merely to create an event record: a signal is not evidence of intake. Described episodes can be counted for discussion while preserving gaps and unknown details. This example does not set allowed frequency, the next dose or criteria for using the medicine.
What to do
- 01
Create a medicine card using the wording of the prescription.
- 02
When used, please note the date, time and circumstance.
- 03
Do not make up a repeat dose based on the app.
- 04
Show the frequency of episodes to your doctor at your next visit.
Common mistakes
- Set a fixed reminder for a medicine prescribed only as needed.
- Record only difficult episodes.
- Exceed the prescribed frequency due to lack of effect.
A plan card is different from an event record
Vesometr has no dedicated confirmed as-needed intake log. A card retains instructions; actual use can be described in free diary text. Take criteria and limits only from the specific prescription and product instructions, not the frequency of previous notes. Prepare unclear circumstances or effects as questions for a professional. Do not increase frequency because a notification is absent or an expected effect did not occur. Count only events actually described during review; a missing note does not prove that no medicine was used.
How to check the result
- Instructions are distinct from the actual event.
- Time and dose are recorded only when known.
- Observed frequency is not treated as an allowed maximum.
For an unclear entry, use unambiguous dosage wording rather than a guess.
How this works in Vesometr
A Vesometr card stores the product description. Actual use can be recorded as diary text; there is no taken-dose confirmation or allowed-frequency calculation.

Medicine cabinet and schedule
Medication, doses, weekdays, multiple times and local reminders.
Do not change the dose, time, duration of the course and combination of drugs according to the article or the application prompt. If you miss a dose, have an unwanted reaction, or are in doubt, follow the instructions for the drug and check with your doctor or pharmacist.
